There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors of the District at 232 Shannock Village Rd (Sandy’s house) at 6:00 pm for the purposes described below:

1.     Call Meeting to Order

2.     Determine Quorum Present

3.     Approve minutes from last meeting on 5/12/25

4.     Treasurer’s Report

5.     GM Report

6.     Update on collection notice to accounts in arrears

      Update on legal notice to delinquent account holders

7.     Discuss and vote on placing a lien against Samantha Richmond’s account

      Discuss and vote on placing a lien against Dave Dumont’s account

8.     Discussion on the District’s insurance questionnaire

9.     Review proposals from RI Rural Water Association and Northeast Water Solutions Inc.

      for an annual contract to provide system operation and maintenance.
